Description:

Powdering a blend of green vegetables at the beginning of the week will give you an easy grab-and-go nutritional boost for any smoothie or protein shake! The resulting smoothie doesn't taste like any of the green vegetables, even though it has that healthy green colour.

Directions:

  1. Powder the first five ingredients (Can be done at the beginning of the week. Store in an airtight container.)
  2. To make smoothie, add 2 Tbsp of Greens Powder and 12 oz of any liquid in a blender.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients, plus up to 12 ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth and Enjoy!
  5. Optional: Switch out any fruit or yogurt to taste. Note: Pale ingredients will keep the smoothie a vibrant green, but adding berries darkens the colour.
